      Whether you are looking for a light snack or a full meal be sure to check out our Organic Deli / Coffee Bar.  Featuring from-scratch baking, we offer a selection of products with a natural twist.  Try a Spelt Spanakopita containing fresh Organic Goat's Feta from Abbotsford, BC, a decadent Coconut Macaroon, or simply a freshly roasted cup of Creekmore's Coffee (locally roasted in Qualicum Beach).  You will also find a selection of Vegan and Wheat-Free options.

        Please check in to try our lunch program which is being developed in the new year. We will be featuring sandwiches and wraps, soups, and salads.  Ingredients will include local products from La Boulange Bakery in Qualicum Beach and Prontissima Pasta from Courtenay. All products will be ready to go and made fresh daily.
